The staff are friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. The check-in process was quick , and I was offered a welcome drink. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates. I also used the spawith plunge pools, a jacuzzi, and heated beds.

the accommodation had an really good standard, i noticed the housekeeping team meticulously maintained the rooms. the daily servicing, morning and evening, felt luxurious. i appreciated the early check-in, and my request for a room in the separate tower building was accommodated without hassle! this high level of service ensured a return visit.
The hotel can get quite noisy at times, though it wasn't a major issue. i found the cost to use the facilities a bit high.
