The breakfast selection was extensive. It had a good variety of options.
The noise at night was pretty bad. the soundproofing was seriously lacking. It really ruined my sleep.

The breakfast buffet had many options. Nabi helped me understand the Bonvoy points system. This was a big help. We appreciated this.
The room dining quality was not great. The menu has not changed in three years, odd. Non-alcoholic drinks did not taste as expected. There were no fresh juices.

friendly staff quick check-in free shuttle
The staff are friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. The check-in process was quick , and I was offered a welcome drink. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates. I also used the spawith plunge pools, a jacuzzi, and heated beds.

superb stay!
really good accommodation separate tower easy accommodation high service
the accommodation had an really good standard, i noticed the housekeeping team meticulously maintained the rooms. the daily servicing, morning and evening, felt luxurious. i appreciated the early check-in, and my request for a room in the separate tower building was accommodated without hassle! this high level of service ensured a return visit.
The hotel can get quite noisy at times, though it wasn't a major issue. i found the cost to use the facilities a bit high.

loud music pest control
The music from nearby venues was quite loud late into the night. it made sleeping difficult, even with earplugs. i also found ants in my room, though the staff addressed the problem promptly. a more thorough pest control system seems necessary. Though
